How are you doing the YA??
Will it be a whole different team, or will be a bit where you can press a button to randomly find a player, and then you get the option to promote. You can only promote 2 players a season (otherwise some teams could end up with loads of kids...), and you can't promote or search for a new player until say 5 days has passed....
That'll be my suggestion/idea. Unless of course you'll be creating its own divisions/leagues... which you could, but its an entire background league, a league that you have no control over, all the managers can only do with them is select level of funding, and to either promote them, or not.. but promoting early can be disastrous or pure genious!!
