First things first...

I would suggest you get a match engine going at the very least and a list of random players unless you already have that?

Just started coding the website itself, I've written some pseudo code for the match engine but I'll be doing that after I've done the first bits.

Just looking through the ideas page and thought we havnt come back to the match engine, lol

as your hoping to have some pages for us to view soon, i believe it would be good to get the match engine up and running asap after you have sorted it that we can select players, dont worry about injurys, bans atm.
But if you get some sort of match engine up and running soon me, ladbrooke and yourself could get a league going to try and debug the ME.
as if its running and can get a good 'BASIC' one going adding the extra bits of code wont be as hard as trying to write a massive one straight of.
What do oyu think.

Going on with Match Engine...

How are the end report going to show??

Are we going to have match commentary (written of course)?, a match report?, or just a scoreline (maybe with stats like shots, fouls etc...)

Well to begin (for testing only) It will be purely a scoreline with some stats.
Then when it's ready for proper use, it will be a match report, with commentary and such.
Then once everything has been done and it's all completely up and running I'll start work on a more advanced match engine, which will include a like match, sort of like Championship Manager style. Yes I still call it Championship Manager as CM02 was the best... ever!

01/02 season was best I think... though Im really enjoying FM10 at the moment as I can manage Bracknell Town in the Southern 1st Division in Level 7!!
