FFML Admin Page

Ok FFML administrators (Only me at the moment) now have their own page they can login to. This will be to actually accept your league requests, as that's all the register page has been doing. All I now need to do is transfer the code from the development page, into that page so when I click accept it will create the league but also store all the data in the database, thus creating your league!!! Finally getting there eh?

Oh just a little note:
I disabled emails and accept for the guest account so you can view it but can't accept the leagues. And mainly so you can't view each others emails (data protection). Also passwords are encrypted so nobody can see them, not even me!
