Official FFML Test League

Right, the Official FFML Test League is now up! It is located at;

The template I made really bugged me so I went with this very standard one I whipped up in a couple of minutes, It will look alot nicer once it has some content and the navigation on it but this is what I got so far. Sorry for the lack of content, I'm currently working on it

Are those wages weekly???

Yeah, Don't worry that they're like... huge... I will make them custom and we have teams filled with world class players As Avarage stat is about 17 I think...

Oh ,ok.. was thinking that the team wages were like £3-4M a week!!

Maybe you can sort out the wages, dependant on age, and ability, and even position.. you don't tend to see a keeper earning £100,000 a week, whereas the strikers do, but even then, £100,000+ are not common..

Nah nah, What I'll do is make it so they can add a multiplier onto it or something, (or divider as such) so then they can still change it if they wish. These wages would be mental trying to pay unless of course your Chelsea lol. If you go into league tables and go onto League 2, they have lower wages, most ranking in at 1/2 our wages etc. Around 50-100k per week. They still have averagely high stats still...

For those interested the formula for wages at the current time is;

((all stats added) * 25000) / max_possible_stat (either 20 or 100, whichever you picked)

That way it is a fixed formula!

Also what you think of squad sheet page? Tried to start making it look good... well in my opinion

I imagine all the players will have their own individual page, right?

Maybe at the bottom, you could add some stats like average wage, total wage, average age, etc.. maybe also include the tactics section within that page, as a shortcut link or something.

yes I know you should know your team but when your cheaking out the other team it would be nice to know whos squad your seeing.

Also noticed you can click to see if you have a messeage but theres no way of sending atm.

Yeah was purely getting the viewing done first. The sending one is nearly done, just sorting out the positioning of it all. Will be up today.

I know it happens alot but there was a little delay, Christmas, work and I just installed Windows 7, so still installing all driver updates etc. Hope you all had a great Christmas and got everything you wanted!

You can now send and recieve message so send some to people please You can only send to registered teams though, for obvious reasons. Send loads of crap to each other, code snipplets etc if you know how. And just generally try mess it up! Without ruining my database or the hosting

P.S. There will be a nice little present for you, but will be more like mid january as work is hectic at the moment where we have sacked nearly everyone at work :@ 3 and a half members of staff at a 24hour petrol station... 3 doing full time hours, one doing 18hours a week. Me.. I'm doing 60-70 a week at the moment and it's killing me! Have fun!
